About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Development Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by building and maintaining strong partnerships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- BUILD trusting relationships with new and existing clients, LISTENING deeply to their needs and tailoring solutions that make their businesses stronger.
- Identify high-potential accounts and industries, then use your problem-solving mindset to OPEN doors and win new opportunities.
- Work closely with our cross-functional teams – from operations to technical experts – to create custom solutions that deliver real impact.
- LEAD business reviews and help clients uncover opportunities for improvement, while CELEBRATING their successes.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and competitors, so you can SPOT opportunities before they appear on anyone else's radar.
- Develop STRATEGIC account plans that not only meet targets but also create long-term partnerships.
- CHAMPION safety and compliance, ensuring we protect both people and the environment.
What We're Looking For
- A STRATEGIC mindset with a natural ability to INFLUENCE and deliver results.
- Some experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development – or a strong willingness to learn and grow into this space.
- Confident communication skills – you're comfortable PRESENTING your ideas and NEGOTIATING with decision-makers.
- A desire to CONNECT with people, ATTEND industry events, and build your professional network.
