Senior Partnership Manager

The role of a Senior Partnership Manager is to develop and maintain partnerships with insurance brokers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in strategic decision-making, product configurations, compliance needs, and workflow improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with insurance brokers to generate high-quality referrals and revenue opportunities;
  • Guiding clients through strategic decisions;
  • Staying informed about the competitive landscape and positioning Deel effectively in every deal.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering clear and tailored demos that educate partners, as well as meeting with partners in person at least once or twice a month to deepen relationships and strengthen long-term partnerships.

As a Senior Partnership Manager, you will become a Deel product expert. You will be required to meet and exceed a defined quota based on a book of business and demonstrate a consistent track record of high performance.
