
Strategic Partnership Development Lead

This role is a critical part of our partner practice, focusing on developing and maintaining strategic partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:- IDentify and evaluate new partnership opportunities and onboard existing ones to ensure seamless collaboration and successful outcomes.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships designed for enablement, empowering partners to deliver value-added services to customers and addressing design-related issues or escalations within Workiva.
- Foster strong relationships with partner organizations, aligning on shared ecosystem growth visions to maximize Workiva adoption and value, and communicate upcoming partner program initiatives.
- Support and align go-to-market strategies with partners (campaigns, co-branded content, joint events, and enablement) in partnership with internal marketing and sales teams, tracking and measuring their impact to drive seamless execution and lead generation.
- Provide training and ongoing enablement to corporate communications partners, ensuring their design and production teams can successfully prepare highly designed reports on the Workiva Platform.
- Practical understanding of InDesign and related ecosystems.
- 8+ years of client-facing experience in design reporting, partner management, client services, corporate communications, or similar.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
