Strategic Partnership Developer

As a strategic partnership developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our broker partner ecosystem. This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a direct impact on business growth.

Responsibilities include building and managing relationships with insurance brokers to generate high-quality referrals and revenue opportunities. You will guide clients through strategic decisions, including product configurations, compliance needs, and workflow improvements. Consistently meeting or exceeding quota is crucial, as well as becoming a Deel product expert to deliver clear, tailored demos that educate partners.

Key qualifications include 4+ years of partnership sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or working with brokers. Proven ability to meet and exceed a defined quota based on a book of business is essential. Experience with HRIS, HCM, or related software is highly desirable.
