Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to lead the breakfast operations team in our Pullman Hotel. This is a dynamic opportunity to join a professional and fast-paced kitchen environment.

The Role

This role will report to the Executive Chef & Head of Kitchen, overseeing the smooth day-to-day breakfast operation within the kitchen. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing breakfast service and leading the breakfast team to ensure adequate supplies for service.
  • Preparing and presenting breakfast menu items with variety and flair.
  • Training and developing junior chefs in quality preparation and presentation.
  • Ensuring stock rotation and minimizing wastage.
  • Mentoring and coordinating the work of junior chefs.
