Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for leading sales activities in the assigned geographic area to meet sales objectives. You will develop a visit plan and strategy for the responsible market or region, ensuring attainment of company sales goals.

You will also develop and expand the number of Gates distributors and customers throughout the responsible region, forecasting long and short-range market potential and creating action plans to penetrate new markets and customers.
