Strategic Client Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Client Growth Manager to join our team at Sg Fleet Australia Pty Ltd. This role is responsible for fostering strong relationships with senior corporate managers and driving business growth through strategic account management.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be tasked with crafting and implementing plans aimed at surpassing sales and growth objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Fostering strong client relationships and partnerships to maximize the use of SG Fleet's Novated Capability.
- Identifying and sharing new client opportunities across departments to enhance the client experience and drive revenue growth.
- Staying attuned to client needs, addressing concerns, and meeting contractual obligations.
- Leading client reviews and visits regularly.
- Exploring upselling opportunities and understanding client needs for revenue growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in sales, marketing, or a related field (desirable).
- Experience in building relationships with senior corporate managers.
- A proven track record in business development and achieving results.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Solid negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Australian Fleet Management and Salary Packaging industry.
- Numeracy skills for understanding finance and tax concepts.
