We're looking for a highly skilled APAC Customer Success Lead to join our team at Kandji. As a key player in our success strategy, you will be responsible for understanding customers' business objectives and aligning them with product capabilities.

In this role, you will communicate efficiently and effectively with customers via chat, email, and video conferences, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Your ability to travel for conferences or customer meetings will also be beneficial.

We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills. If you have 3+ years of experience in a fast-growing company with direct experience in SaaS products and solutions, we encourage you to apply.
