Empowering E-commerce Success in APAC

Klaviyo is driving e-commerce innovation in the Asia-Pacific region, and we're seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Customer Growth team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our expansion strategy, leverage your expertise, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.

As a key member of our Sydney-based team, you'll be responsible for selling Klaviyo's SMS product to existing clients in the APAC region. You'll work closely with Customer Success Managers, Partner Managers, and other stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.

We're looking for a results-driven individual with 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a high-velocity environment. You should have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, customer obsession, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

  • Sell Klaviyo's SMS product to existing clients in APAC
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to target specific client segments and create new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with Partner Managers and Agency Partners to identify channel sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
  • Develop relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell Klaviyo's services
  • Provide feedback to the Product Team to inform product development and roadmap
  • Contribute to revenue targets for 2023 and beyond

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-velocity environment
  • Strong understanding of the APAC market and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) and proficiency in Japanese or Chinese (desired)

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ($145,000 - $145,000 AUD)
  • Variable compensation based on performance
