About the Role

As a key member of the Orora team, the National Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales strategy and customer engagement initiatives in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead the key account management process for priority customers, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, sales performance, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and optimize results
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Lead and develop high-performing sales teams, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to drive sales excellence
  • Manage and optimize the sales portfolio to maximize revenue and profitability, while monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level customers, including CEOs and other key decision-makers

About You

Successful candidates will:

  • Have 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B and/or FMCG environment
  • Possess strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Hold a tertiary business qualification or similar higher education
  • Have previous experience in managing and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Demonstrate experience in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
