We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative leader to join our Payment Integrity and Assurance team as a Director of Payment Integrity. This role is responsible for leading the strategic direction and expansion of the Payment Integrity function, driving efficiencies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of payment integrity strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and agency policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate payment integrity risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
