This ambitious and dynamic fintech organisation is seeking a skilled professional with experience in customer retention and account management. The role demands ownership, creativity, and determination to optimise merchant outcomes.

Job Description

The primary focus of this role is on retaining merchants considering departure from the company's services. You will also be responsible for 30% of account management for top-tier merchants, monitoring key insights across transacting customers and other critical processes.

Requirements
  1. Proven work experience in Customer Service, Retention, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role with 3+ years' experience in a similar position.
  2. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  3. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  4. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  5. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  6. Ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a high-change, often ambiguous business environment.
  8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Flexible, positive attitude.
  10. Proven experience with CRM software (Netsuite ideally) and G Suite.
