We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team at PayPal. As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for proactively managing key client relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion, and developing strategies to increase revenue.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Growth: Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for account growth and develop targeted strategies to drive revenue expansion.
  • Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any issues promptly and providing tailored support to ensure merchant satisfaction.
  • Retain: Foster long-term relationships by consistently demonstrating the value of PayPal's offerings, ensuring merchant loyalty and retention.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years' experience in customer success or a related field, preferably with exposure to sales environments.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills; self-motivated, target-driven independent worker.
  • Certifications: Strong relationship management skills, ability to balance operational workload with strategic execution and value delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior Experience: Payments or financial/banking industry experience preferred but not necessary.

At PayPal, we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
