About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team. In this role, you'll engage with business owners who are interested in acquiring additional capital to grow their business, building relationships and trust to understand their borrowing needs. You'll also be responsible for actively listening to customer concerns, demonstrating empathy while overcoming objections, and closing deals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment with confidence, handling high daily call volumes to meet and exceed established sales revenue and quality goals. Additionally, you'll provide constant feedback to Sales leaders and Marketing teams on merchant feedback to improve value propositions, learn and adapt to local competitive landscapes to provide the best solutions to merchants, and utilize Salesforce to log, track, and maintain customer records.

In this dynamic sales environment, you'll collaborate effectively with team members, both individually and collectively, while working towards shared goals. A strong passion for innovation, coupled with a proven ability to thrive in constantly changing environments, is essential for success in this role.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales, account management, or inside sales within a B2B environment or marketing, financial services, or business development experience
  • Superb interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and trust quickly over the phone
  • A competitive nature with a strong passion and work ethic to exceed personal and professional goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a high-energy, ever-changing sales environment
  • Must be quality and detail-oriented with a strong working knowledge of the internet, e-commerce, and Microsoft Office products
  • Strong communication skills to enable positive interaction with business owners and all levels and functions within the organization
  • Proven experience adapting and thriving in a constantly changing environment
