Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Customer Success Operations Specialist to join our Australia-wide sales team. This hands-on role will provide operational support, ensuring our strategy is sound, processes are in place, and teams are set up for success.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Sales Teams with account creation, opportunity management, and data maintenance within Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Conduct post 'go-live' check-ins with merchants, providing training as needed and ensuring requirements are met.
- Owning T1 and T2 customer configuration updates off the back of outbound check-in calls, with assistance from Customer Support when required.
- Managing merchant retention for all T1 and T2 offboarding requests.
- Collaborating with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure a positive merchant experience.

Estimated Salary Range: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum-
