Job Title: Sales Director
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Charterhouse. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts, developing and executing a go-to-market strategy, and driving new business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales and marketing function, developing and executing a go-to-market strategy to drive new business growth
- Take ownership of sales and marketing operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing teams, and executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns
- Manage and develop a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
Requirements:
- Proven commercial sales leadership and management experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Proven experience growing and expanding sales teams, with a strong understanding of sales operations and sales performance analysis
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing operations
- Ability to manage and develop a team of sales professionals, with a strong focus on coaching, training, and performance feedback
