Job Title: Sales Director

Job Summary:
Hitachi Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the assigned territory. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and managing existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the assigned territory
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
At least 12 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the enterprise software industry
Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
