Charterhouse is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales and marketing function, drive new business growth, and take full ownership of the go-to-market strategy.
About the RoleThis is a rare opportunity for a highly experienced Sales Director to join our team and make a significant impact in our business' next phase. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business growth
- Take full ownership of the go-to-market strategy and lead the sales and marketing function
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve sales performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Proven commercial sales leadership and management experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Proven experience growing and expanding sales teams
- B2B, enterprise, and mid-market sales experience
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies to drive new business growth
- Experience managing a large sales function (20+ team)
- Experience leading or managing marketing teams
- Experience working in a large or global enterprise corporate
- Experience working within a heavily regulated or strict compliance industry
- Professional services or consulting industry experience
