Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing sales support to our sales team, coordinating marketing and advertising efforts, and managing agent enquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Provide sales support to the sales team, including listing to settlement coordination
- Coordinate and place marketing and advertising efforts
- Manage agent enquiries and respond to customer inquiries
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including canvassing materials and open packs
- Liaise with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, valuers, and other stakeholders
- Communicate with solicitors during the sales process
- Liaise with the marketing team to ensure effective marketing strategies
- Coordinate photo shoots, floor plans, and marketing materials
- Prepare and attend proposals, presentations, and auctions
- Draft and manage internal and external communication
- Compile reports and perform ad hoc administration tasks
- Previous industry experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Immaculate personal presentation and strong administration skills
- Ability to support a top-performing Director
