Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU.
About the Role:The Sales Director will provide sales team support from listing to settlement, coordinate marketing and advertising efforts, manage agent enquiries, and prepare canvassing materials. The ideal candidate will have previous industry experience, excellent customer service skills, and strong administration skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide sales team support from listing to settlement
- Coordinate marketing and advertising efforts
- Manage agent enquiries
- Prepare canvassing materials
- Communicate with solicitors during the sales process
- Liaise with the marketing team
- Coordinate photo shoots, floor plans, and marketing materials
- Prepare and attend proposals, presentations, and auctions
- Draft and manage internal and external communication
- Compile reports
- Previous industry experience
- Natural relationship builder with excellent customer service skills
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Strong administration skills
- Monday to Friday role
