Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Hitachi Solutions. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the assigned territory for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, CRM, and Power Platform offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales growth and revenue
- Leverage relationships with key stakeholders at Hitachi Solutions and Microsoft to ensure high win rates
- Develop and present solution proposals to customers
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales
- Manage and track sales pipeline, contacts, and accounts in our CRM system
- Collaborate with key partners, such as Microsoft, Hitachi Asia, and ISV partners, to identify and qualify new opportunities
- Provide timely reports and participate in weekly sales meetings
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- At least 12 years of experience in sales, preferably in enterprise solutions, implementation services, and support services
- Proactive and practical, with strong customer interface and presentation skills
- Excellent account planning and negotiation skills
- Track record of achieving sales targets and experience in selling IT projects and solutions
