Director of Sales

We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive commercial success within our Health & Care business unit. As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in presenting market and sector leadership to customers through our GovTech software and service offerings.
You will work closely with our divisional Executive Director and Regional Director to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue and sales growth. Your team will collaborate with leaders across functions such as Service, Support, Product, and Central Functions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a deep understanding of the Health & Care landscape and a proven track record of driving revenue and sales growth. You'll also need strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the sales team in delivering commercial success within the Health & Care business unit
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue and sales growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the Health & Care sector
