The Payment Acceptance Partnerships team focuses on strategic partnerships that deliver value to customers. The team negotiates complex commercial agreements with partners and evaluates new opportunities across in-store and e-commerce platforms.
Your Impact:
You will work closely with the CommBank ecosystem to drive growth through effective partnership management, including major payers, practice management software providers, and licensees.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and negotiate partnerships.
- Create high-level plans to implement partnership strategies and initiatives.
- Analyze viability and optionality of partnerships through business case models.
- Drive project delivery and resolve issues related to deal implementations.
- Built strong partnerships that meet customer needs and support the CommBank Health strategy and purpose.
- Support product teams and existing partners with expertise in commercial negotiations.
- Represent the bank at internal and external forums while adhering to the Code of Conduct.
We're Looking for Individuals with:
- Experience in partnerships, specifically in e-commerce, strategy, merchant products, M&A/deals, and project implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with a proven track record of negotiating and implementing effective partnerships.
- Superior strategic thinking and critical analysis skills.
- Exposure to business development, negotiations, and problem-solving.
- Excellent numerical, commercial, and conceptual analytical skills.
- Results-oriented individuals with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
- Understanding of industry dynamics, risks, trends, and regulatory environments.
