
Strategic Partnership Growth Specialist

This role is focused on driving strategic growth through effective partnership development and management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve optimal cost savings, capacity, and diversification.
- IDentify and develop carrier partners who can drive innovation, sustainability, speed, and customer experience.
- Advise on the execution of competitive commercial, channel, and partner deal opportunities to maximise value.
- Negotiate delivery services agreements and execute contracts to ensure mutual benefits.
- Demonstrated capability in handling complex negotiations with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead partner-facing negotiations and explain standard agreement terms to counterparties effectively.
- Strong customer orientation and commercial acumen, with ability to drive business processes using data analysis, modelling, and forecasting.
- Previous experience in delivering and influencing business outcomes using data-driven insights.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to prepare, report, and interpret large sets of data to inform decision-making.
