
Strategic Partnership Specialist

The Relationship Manager represents Lifeblood within their communities through active engagement of current and future donors to achieve donor attendance KPIs.
This role is responsible for building relationships between Lifeblood and external organisations to grow collections through the acquisition and retention of Donors. This will be achieved through building successful networks and relationships with key brands, businesses, government, education and community organisations.
- Key skills include experience in Sales Management, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, and ability to develop initiatives to achieve required outcomes.
- Proven track record of planning and implementing customer-facing activities and events, with ongoing monitoring of performance within your territory, adjusting activity plans as required.
- Strong communication abilities, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
- Highly developed time management and organisational skills, including ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, work in a high-pressure environment, and motivate self to achieve desired business outcomes.

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in developing strategic partnerships with external organisations to grow collections.
