As a Partnership Development Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships to create successful partnerships and deliver high-quality opportunities for customers.
The Opportunity Overview- Develop and leverage sales and relationship skills to source new employment opportunities
- Promote and connect customers to sustainable employment options
- MATCH customers to suitable jobs based on expertise
- Experience in sales and a passion for business growth
- Ability to think strategically and solve problems analytically and creatively
- Exceptional communication skills
- Capacity to obtain required certifications
- 12 weeks paid parental leave
- Superannuation contributions during unpaid parental leave
- 5 weeks annual leave after 3 years' service
