About the Role:
Australian Unity is seeking a skilled Partnerships and Growth Lead to join our Home Health team. As a key liaison, you will be responsible for the growth and sustainability of Out of Hospital and Virtual Care Operations through the development and management of key partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships that support the expansion and long-term viability of contracted services.
- Manage stakeholders, handle complaints, progress opportunities, and ensure data-driven reporting that aligns with operational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and sustainability.
About You:
- Proven ability to manage complex partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally from a healthcare background.
- Experience with the private health system.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends.
- Experience in partnership development, business growth, and healthcare operations.
- Experience in contract management, including negotiation, compliance, and performance tracking.
