About the RoleThis role offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic start-up culture, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and secure market-leading promotions. As the Retail Media and Partnerships Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing promotional and retail media growth strategies.
You will analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive pricing to inform commercial planning decisions and seller proposals. Your exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to balance multiple priorities will be key to delivering results within deadlines.
A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in driving business growth and success.
Responsibilities- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with core sellers to establish Woolworths Market Place as the go-to destination for market-leading deals.
- Establish ongoing high-performance promotional plans with strategic partners to drive revenue growth and secure exposure.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive pricing to inform commercial planning decisions and seller proposals.
- Manage pricing changes, including promotional offers and discounts, in collaboration with internal teams.
- Analyze product performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize pricing strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- 3-5 years experience in a Marketplace or eComm environment dealing with suppliers and sellers.
- Proven experience in identifying and implementing pricing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making and a structured way of working.
- Exceptional relationship-building capabilities, managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Flexible hybrid working model (minimum 3 days a week) in our swanky office on Collins St.
