About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development and Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering revenue growth by executing the State and National strategic business plans.

The role involves managing a team of Medical Liaison Officers, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and pursuing new opportunities. You will collaborate with senior management to develop and implement impactful marketing strategies tailored to the Medical Imaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS AND REGULATORY BODIES.
  • COLLABORATE WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO DEVELOP TAILORED SOLUTIONS THAT MEET CLIENT NEEDS AND DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH.
  • IDENTIFY AND PURSUE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH NETWORKING AND OTHER LEAD-GENERATION ACTIVITIES.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing relationships to ensure mutual success and achievement of objectives.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the organisation.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will have access to a range of benefits including corporate health insurance discounts, banking benefits, and novated leasing consultations.
