Corporate Partnership Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Partnership Growth Specialist to join our team at Wildlife Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who shares our passion for wildlife conservation and corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Deliver Corporate Partnership Portfolio Plan: Build, research, identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities to secure financial and in-kind support for Wildlife Victoria.
- Cultivate New Partnerships: Research, identify and engage with potential partners, develop strong relationships and build a pipeline of future prospects.
- Present Campaigns, Proposals and Partnership Offerings: Prepare and present compelling campaigns, proposals and partnership offerings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Organise Events and Engagement: Work with the External Relations team to organise events and engagement for corporate partners, workplace givers and prospects.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3 Years' Experience: In a corporate partnership development role, with a proven track record of building and delivering a strong partnership portfolio.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to write and present compelling presentations and proposals, as well as liaise across various levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Financial Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial forecasts, budgets and deliverables.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about wildlife conservation, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can work independently as part of a collaborative team. If you have a tertiary qualification in business, marketing or a related field, that's a bonus
