Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Centre Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Customers with their breakdown calls, and efficiently allocating work to our National Service Technician teams out in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide prompt and accurate information.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Professionally handle all national customer breakdown phone calls and emails.
- Timely allocation of work to appropriate Service Technicians to support our customers.
Requirements and Skills:
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for success in this position.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail are necessary to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software is required.
- A positive attitude and a desire to provide excellent customer support are key qualities we look for in our team members.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Crown Equipment offers a competitive remuneration package, including bonuses and career development opportunities.
