Customer Service Representative with SAP Experience

Estimated Salary: $75,000 + Super
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in customer-facing roles. Proficiency in using SAP systems is also essential. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the central link between customers, sales teams, and distribution centres to ensure efficient and cost-effective order delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure timely order delivery and manage customer expectationsResolve request for order changes, issues, and handle customer inquiries internally and externallyProactively coordinate with customers on forecasts and collaborate with planning teams on analysing customer product needsLiaise between Logistics and Distribution Centre to deliver orders locally and on timePrepare Debit and Credit notes, process quality notifications, and Customer ReturnsUpdate and maintain accurate customer records, including customer-specific information, contracts, labelling, packaging, and stock requirementsIdentify the right communication method based on the sense of urgency and issueDiffuse difficult situations and achieve resolution with customersRequired Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in customer-facing rolesAt least 1-2 years' experience using SAP systemsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentReliability and responsibility at all timesCapacity to work autonomously and within a teamExcellent customer and stakeholder relationship managementStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsBenefits:
