Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 + Super per year, with casual rate of $40/hr and day shift working hours on Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm.
About the Job
This experienced Customer Service Representative will have relevant industry experience in customer facing with SAP experience. As the central link between the customer, their sales team, and distribution centre, you will ensure client's requirements are met in the most efficient and cost effective way.
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure orders are delivered on time and manage customer expectations
- Resolve request for order changes, issues and handle customer inquiries internally and externally
- Proactively coordinate with the customer on forecasts, and collaborate with planning teams on analysing customer product needs
- Proactively liaise between Logistics and Distribution Centre to deliver locally, on time
- Prepare Debit and Credit notes, process quality notifications and Customer Returns
- Update and maintain accurate customer records, including customer specific information, contracts, labelling, packaging and stock requirements
- Properly identify the right communication method based on the sense of urgency and issue.
- Know how to diffuse a difficult situation and get resolution with the customer.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you must have at least 3 years of experience in customer facing role, with minimum 1-2 years of using SAP system. You should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to multi task in a fast paced/evolving environment. Strong attention to detail and problem solver are also required.
