Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing administrative assistance to our Business Development Managers, State Managers, and Dealer network.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring they have all necessary information to perform their roles effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to customers who have enquiries regarding their warranties, wish to transfer or cancel their warranties and roadside assistance.
- Claims and Sales Support: Assist with claims and sales support functions, including answering enquiries, processing cancellations and transfers, and providing ad hoc assistance as required.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement with processes involving sales, administration, and operations, and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a larger team, demonstrating a mature and motivated desire to achieve results autonomously.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent phone manners, written communication skills, and the ability to interpret numerical data and information.
- Administrative Experience: Have experience in data processing, customer service, and/or stakeholder management, with proficiency in Microsoft Applications including Word and Excel.
- Mathematical Skills: Possess intermediate mathematical/numerical skills and the ability to work with numerical data.
- Team Player: Demonstrate a team-focused mentality, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
