Key Responsibilities- Convert inbound leads and drive sales growth through proactive outbound prospecting
- Assist with sales and marketing projects, convert inbound leads, and contribute to our sales pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Provide essential office support, including data entry, managing office supplies, equipment procurement, and general office maintenance
- Take on operational administrative duties, including assisting with operational planning and activities
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in inside sales
- Extremely organized, punctual, and flexible
- Proficiency in Salesforce (SF) and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Able to work from our office at least 3 days a week
