How can you drive innovation at Nuseed?

We are in search of a proactive and skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to assist the commercial team in their engagements with our clientele, which includes growers, agronomists, and channel partner stores. You will facilitate the adoption, management, and effective utilization of our CRM and marketing automation platform throughout Australia, ensuring that our sales, customer service, and market development teams are equipped with the necessary tools, insights, and support to fulfill their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist all commercial teams with CRM-based tools for account planning, management, and territory planning.
  2. Lead the integration of our CRM within the organization, including providing comprehensive training and tailored support.
  3. Act as the primary contact for Australian-based CRM and marketing automation users seeking assistance or wishing to escalate issues.
  4. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operation and optimization of CRM functionalities.
  5. Analyze sales data in partnership with the Marketing and Communications team to convert insights into actionable strategies for market prioritization and campaign enhancement.
  6. Identify, document, and escalate bugs and enhancement opportunities to the global team, participating in global prioritization discussions.
Qualifications:

  1. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  2. Experience in managing and promoting the adoption of a CRM (Salesforce or similar).
  3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar or equivalent position.
  4. Prior experience in the agriculture sector is a plus.
  5. Experience with ERPs (e.g., Netsuite, SMP).
  6. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex internal and external relationships effectively.
  7. Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  8. Excellent communication and training skills, capable of supporting users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
