- Generate reports on sales activity and targets

- Communicate with freight forwarders and production teams to confirm arrangements
- Inventory Management
- Monitor customer orders and ensure products meet customer requirements
- Liaise with inventory and sales teams to ensure accurate information
- Customer Communication
- Communicate with customers to understand order requirements
- Provide regular updates on delivery of orders
- Analytics and Reporting
- Generate stock management and stock on hand reports
- Run analytics for the sales team on product movement
- Substantial experience in a similar role and industry (FMCG)
- High level of computer literacy, including Excel
