Sales and Operations Support Specialist

Exciting Opportunity with ScentAir Technologies, LLC
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Operations Support Specialist to join our team at ScentAir Technologies, LLC. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth and supporting our senior sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Convert inbound leads and drive our sales growth through proactive outbound prospecting.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Assist with exciting sales and marketing projects, convert inbound leads, and contribute to our sales pipeline through outbound prospecting.
- Administrative Excellence: Provide essential office support, from data entry to managing office supplies, equipment procurement, and general office maintenance.
- Operational Management: Take on operational administrative duties, including assisting with operational planning and activities.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a proven track record in inside sales.
- Skills: You are extremely organized, punctual, and flexible. Proficiency in Salesforce (SF) and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Communication: You can communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, and your attention to detail is second to none.
- Availability: Able to work from our office at least 3 days a week.
