Our organization is seeking an experienced account professional to oversee client relationships and drive business growth by ensuring the successful delivery of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong long-term relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Project Oversight and Delivery: Collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality and timely implementation of products.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling services and solutions.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with technical teams, architects, and project managers to align project objectives.
- 8–13 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in solution implementation or account management roles.
- Deep knowledge of policy, billing, and claims modules.
- Familiarity with architecture, integration, and configuration best practices.
- Strong understanding of insurance industry processes and workflows.
- Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts and engagements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
