About the Position

As a seasoned account professional at our organization, you will be responsible for managing and expanding existing client relationships.

We seek a skilled professional with expertise in account management, particularly serving software-as-a-service customers.

Your primary goal will be to nurture these relationships and maximize their potential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned accounts to drive sustainable growth and oversee renewals with support from the Customer Success and Renewals teams.
  • Develop customized account plans and strategies to optimize retention and stimulate growth.
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within accounts (upselling and cross-selling).
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts to drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer usage patterns to inform renewal and product expansion strategies.
Essential Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • 4–6 years in account management with a track record in growth and renewals within software or SaaS.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution, focused on retention and growth.
  • Ability to develop effective account plans aligned with customer goals.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and driving expansion opportunities.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on growth targets and customer satisfaction.
