Our Team is Seeking a Strategic Account Manager

The ideal candidate will drive annual business plans with distributors to meet Red Bull's growth objectives and track performance metrics.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can coordinate meetings with distributors to explain and implement business strategies and initiatives.

Key responsibilities include establishing a regular communication schedule to discuss upcoming and ongoing key account programs, developing knowledge of key account systems, and holding distributors accountable for data submission into our systems.

Additionally, the successful candidate will provide ongoing feedback on distributor performance against objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Work effectively with sales and marketing teams to secure alignment of business goals with distributors.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding sales experience in the consumer goods industry
  • 5+ years of wholesale or distributor management experience
  • Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
  • Highly numerate and analytical
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training ability
  • Experience with basic administrative software, such as Windows, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
