About the Role

This position supports the key account team in driving profitable growth by leveraging data insights, reporting, and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the key account team on day-to-day account management tasks.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights, reporting, and sales tools to enhance business strategy.
  • Maintain regular contact and build productive relationships with stakeholders within the industry.
  • Engage with field sales teams to ensure effective communication of channel and customer requirements.
  • Lead customer events and expos to foster strong partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
  • Experience in sales support, field sales, account management, or similar roles.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data; experience with PowerBI is desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills and clear written and verbal communication.
  • Strategic mindset with strong follow-through and delivery capabilities.
