Strategic Account Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Lead to oversee the management and growth of our highest priority clients. This role works closely with client partners and delivery teams, driving strategic account planning, enabling collaboration across the firm, and ensuring a high-performing account rhythm.

You will help shape the client agenda, deepen relationships, and drive growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead operational and strategic account management for a portfolio of priority clients - establishing a high-impact account operating rhythm through structured team meetings, performance reviews, and action tracking
  • Shape and oversee account planning alongside client partners executing on strategies for maintaining and growing relationships and leading in client experience
  • Drive performance transparency and insight by overseeing the monitoring and reporting of key account metrics including pipeline, margin, forecasts, client feedback, and contractual considerations

As a Strategic Account Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality account data and reporting to support transparent and real-time decision making, tracking progress and ensuring accountability for key account actions across the teams, and collaborating with Clients and Markets teams to activate on relevant campaigns and thought leadership to strengthen relationships with our clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of experience in account management, business development, or client-facing roles ideally in a professional services environment
  • Knowledge, understanding, and experience in the financial services industry is highly regarded and considered an advantage
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to connect client priorities to firm capabilities and develop compelling value propositions
