About the Role- Leverage our corporate Customer & Growth team strengths to drive sales growth and margin optimisation in line with strategic objectives.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing national accounts by renewing contracts, conducting performance reviews, and engaging in strategic negotiations.
- Utilise data-driven insights to design and implement strategies for customer retention, tender pricing adjustments, and high-level contract negotiations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organisation.
- Lead the acquisition of new business opportunities within the national account category, including proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Drive margin optimisation in line with budgetary and strategic objectives, ensuring each account delivers positive financial outcomes.
To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in managing complex client portfolios within a large organisation, particularly in a B2B sales environment. Strong negotiation skills and experience in commercial contract review are essential.
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in National Account Management or a similar role.
- Experience in Healthcare, Transport & Logistics, or a related sector is highly desirable.
- Tertiary qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Management, or equivalent industry experience.
