Customer Service Centre Operator

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Centre Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with their breakdown calls and efficiently allocating work to our National Service Technician teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide prompt and accurate information.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Handle all national customer breakdown phone calls and emails professionally.
- Allocate work to appropriate Service Technicians to support our customers.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
- A positive attitude and a desire to provide excellent customer support.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
