Customer Service Expert

Salary$75K + Super per annum (fixed), $40/hr for casual work
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to become the central link between customers, sales teams, and distribution centers. As a Global Customer Liaison, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer requirements are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to deliver orders on time and manage customer expectations
- Resolve issues and handle customer inquiries internally and externally
- Proactively coordinate forecasts and collaborate with planning teams to analyze customer product needs
- Liaise between Logistics and Distribution Centre to ensure timely delivery locally
- Prepare Debit and Credit notes, process quality notifications and Customer Returns
- Maintain accurate customer records, including contracts, labelling, packaging, and stock requirements
- Identify the right communication method based on urgency and issue, diffuse difficult situations, and achieve resolution with customers
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- At least 1-2 years of experience using SAP systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and responsibility at all times
- Capacity to work autonomously and within a team
- Excellent customer and stakeholder relationship management
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
