Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven sales professional to join our team at Supavest. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to enroll accountants, financial planners, and mortgage brokers in our Accelerate Business Program (ABP).
- Identify and pursue high-quality leads, and move them through a sales process to ensure successful onboarding of B2B partners.
- Attend and sell from trade and industry events across Australia.
- Build and nurture relationships with business owners to expand their business in the development of new properties using our programs.
- Enroll builders and their marketing channels in our Dominate Business Program (DBP).
- Meet and exceed personal monthly budgets and targets.
- Manage inbound leads for maximum conversion.
- Work closely with B2B partners and our marketing team to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain up-to-date data and notes within the CRM and relevant systems.
- Proven ability to sell to and develop B2B relationships by building the value of a new product/service.
- Selling new property investments is highly desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in following a clearly defined sales process.
- Understanding of Sharia Principles.
- Commitment to Ethical Investment.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, respecting their religious and cultural needs.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with the ability to rapidly adapt and deploy strategies in response to changes in the market.
- Ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrate a collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Hubspot.
