  • HR Reporting and Analytics: Develop and produce HR reporting for the leadership team, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Create and implement engagement and retention strategies that drive business outcomes and support employee well-being.
About You

We are looking for a strategic thinker who is energetic, driven, and innovative, with high ethical standards, integrity, and commitment. To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background as a People and Culture Business Partner at a strategic and operational level (minimum 3 – 5 years), together with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven knowledge of Industrial Relations, including the Fair Work Act and related employment law regulations.
  • Tech savvy with previous experience developing or optimizing HR systems.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply Awards, providing advice to management and employees.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, exercising tact and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
