- Recruitment and Talent Management: Manage all recruitment activities in partnership with the Hiring Manager, ensuring a pipeline of top talent for future roles.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Oversee, guide, and support the organization across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, talent development, and retention.
- HR Reporting and Analytics: Develop and produce HR reporting for the leadership team, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Create and implement engagement and retention strategies that drive business outcomes and support employee well-being.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who is energetic, driven, and innovative, with high ethical standards, integrity, and commitment. To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background as a People and Culture Business Partner at a strategic and operational level (minimum 3 – 5 years), together with:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven knowledge of Industrial Relations, including the Fair Work Act and related employment law regulations.
- Tech savvy with previous experience developing or optimizing HR systems.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply Awards, providing advice to management and employees.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, exercising tact and ensuring confidentiality.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
- A dynamic and high-energy work environment that values its employees.
- A modern and spacious office in Baulkham Hills.
