Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team at Supavest, a leading company in the superannuation sector. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and achieving sales targets by building strong relationships with B2B partners.

About Supavest: Our mission is to empower individuals to build passive income and generational wealth by leveraging their superannuation through the development of new investment properties. We are committed to changing the retirement position of 100,000 families across Australia by empowering our B2B partners to scale their business into the $3.6 trillion superannuation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enroll accountants, financial planners, and mortgage brokers in our Accelerate Business Program (ABP).
  • Develop and receive high-quality leads and move them through a finely tuned sales process to ensure our B2B partners are started and supported correctly.
  • Attend and sell from trade and industry events around Australia.
  • Build and nurture B2B relationships with business owners to move them into action in expanding their business in the development of new property using our programs.
  • Enroll builders and their marketing channels in our Dominate Business Program (DBP).
  • Meet and exceed your personal monthly budgets and targets.
  • Ensure inbound leads are managed for maximum conversion.
  • Work closely with our B2B partners and marketing team to ensure smooth onboarding for B2B partners.
  • Maintain up-to-date data and notes within our CRM and relevant systems to ensure information flow and optimal customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to sell to and develop B2B relationships by building the value of a new product/service.
  • Selling new property investments is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in following a clearly defined sales process.
  • Understanding of Sharia Principles.
  • Commitment to Ethical Investment.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, respecting their religious and cultural needs.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with the ability to rapidly adapt and deploy strategies in response to changes in the market.
  • Ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, ready to roll up your sleeves and work with a varied range of B2B partners.
  • Experience with Hubspot.
