About GLG

We are seeking a Senior Client Solutions Director to lead our Private Equity team in Australia, driving commercial growth, development, and people targets. This role will support client firms in Australia and New Zealand, expanding our presence and implementing business performance initiatives.

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement a business plan with our Leadership team, Sales team, and stakeholders to achieve Commercial Targets. Track team performance and create plans for accelerated growth.
  • Ensure best-in-class client service practices through coaching and support of direct reports, actively managing team performance and people development.
  • Facilitate high-value engagements between GLG experts and clients, maintaining industry-leading standards in Compliance.
  • Support the Sales team growing GLG client relationships in ANZ, including new clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the GLG Councils Team by developing relationships with GLG's thought leaders and business professionals.
  • Program live meetings or teleconferences on relevant subject matter and news-worthy events to clients in collaboration with Sales.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, banking, information services, market research, or professional services or start-up environment.
  • Strong go-getter attitude and track record of business growth/turnaround.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of client service professionals.
  • Successful track record of working in fast-paced, client-service environments.
  • Passion for problem-solving.
  • Outstanding communication skills and willingness to call and engage senior professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of the business climate and interest in working across industries.
  • This is a Full-Time role.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year.
